Generally, it depends if an item is in stock. Customised or made-to-order items will take longer. Please contact us for more information on individual lead times.
For items in stock, or once an item is ready to be shipped, please see below standard shipping guidelines:
Domestic & EU orders: Processed in 3–4 business days and delivered within 5-7 days.
International orders: Delivered within 7–14 business. We will prepare the goods ready for shipment and provide insured transport costs. However, customs clearance in the destination country is excluded and may incur additional costs at the time of import. Tracking details are provided as soon as your package ships.

To clean, simply dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a soft-bristled brush to reach the crevices. Avoid harsh household cleaners, chemical sprays, or wet rags, as these can damage the protective wood finish.

Display your piece indoors away from direct sunlight, heat vents, or radiators. Direct UV light and extreme fluctuations in temperature or humidity can cause the natural wood fibers to dry or fade over time.
